In the 4th semester a major focus was on the course Project Management, in which a fictitious advertising agency was set up as a group project to promote a fictitious product.
I was able to learn many aspects of project management there, for example how to set deadlines effectively, manage team members and work together on designs.
In the project group, I was head of the design team and therefore had a lot of responsibility, especially regarding the corporate design of the agency & the product. We iterated a lot on different designs to finally present them in a big final milestone presentation.
